PTUK certified Play Therapist
I have been working as a Play Therapist for six years, both in schools and more recently in my private practice. To ensure I provide the best possible care, I regularly undertake supervision and maintain professional registration with PTUK. I also participate in regular professional development and have gained the following qualifications in Sandtray Story, Therplay and Neuro-Dramatic Play.
In addition to my role as a therapist, I have worked as a family worker, supporting parents and providing training in various parenting programs, such as the Incredible Years (Webster-Stratton) and Raising Children (Sharing Parenting). I believe that collaborating with families is the most effective way to help children, so I offer advice and support to both parents and children. Before my work as a Play Therapist, I spent a decade in the NHS as a Healthy Child Practitioner.
If you have any questions about my approach or how I work, please don't hesitate to contact me.
